Post in here?
1. “What have I learned this week?”
I have learned about Scratch, a computer programming software that helps you make stories and I have learned how to drive to Belfast, for my Chemistry class.
2. “What excited me about the week’s activities and why?”
That is a presumptuous question, assuming that an assignment has excited me. Well it just so happens that Scratch, although originally not thrilling, ended up being fun. This is only true because I have chosen to write my Scratch story about my littler sister and she really likes to watch it (she is five years old). That was funny. It's hard to bond with your five year old sister.
3. “What would I suggest to change if the class was offered in the future?”
Have the blogs be due on Sunday night. As most assignments are often due on Sundays having the blog be due on Friday through off students schedule.
Reflection about week’s viewing/reading assignment:
4. “What have I learned from the movie/lecture I have seen this week?”
The movie was about the creator of Alice, another computer programming software, he had prostate cancer and made an hour long movie about how to live your life from your childhood dreams, based off how he lived his. My childhood dream was to become a princess so I suppose I should book my ticket to England.
5. “How do I feel about the movie/lecture I have seen this week?”
It was interesting, although the man reminded me of a full-of-him-self (in a nice way) dad-type character from my mom's favorit sitcom "Modern Family". I think it was a nice thing to do for his kids. To let them know that although he was dyeing he was happy and not suffering so much.
